At Studio Baldo, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
Exchanges & Replacements
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item at our discretion, depending on availability.

Replacement items will match the original product as closely as possible

If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit
Studio Baldo will cover shipping costs related to approved defective exchanges.
Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Size, finish, or material preference

Natural variations in materials (wood grain, stone veining, patina, handcrafted irregularities), which are considered part of the design and not defects
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of verified defects.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
