Return & Exchange Policy

At Studio Baldo, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
sales@studio-baldo.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Exchanges & Replacements

If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item at our discretion, depending on availability.

  • Defective items are not eligible for refunds

  • Replacement items will match the original product as closely as possible

  • If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit

Studio Baldo will cover shipping costs related to approved defective exchanges.

Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size, finish, or material preference

  • Natural variations in materials (wood grain, stone veining, patina, handcrafted irregularities), which are considered part of the design and not defects

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of verified defects.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
