Lead Time

Stock products will shp within 1-3 days.

Products specified Made to order Lead times vary depending on the product but typically range from [4-6 weeks]. Fully custom pieces may require additional time, which will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  3. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping & Returns

To initiate a refund, please email us at baldodesignllc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

Custom

Made-to-order items are specially crafted just for you. Once you place an order, production begins, allowing us to create unique pieces tailored to your specifications. This process ensures exclusivity but may require additional lead time, as outlined on the product page.
